the breakfast price was excessively high, a significant negative point. communication from the staff was unacceptably loud and inappropriate. respect towards guests in the hallway was lacking. as a former hospitality worker, i found this disappointing.

The location was central. I walked to the centre in about 20 minutes. there were plenty of bars nearby and the hotel had everything i needed for my short stay.

the parking didn't belong to the hotel, not ideal.

The location was really good. It made it easy to get around. The room was clean.. I liked that. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions. The free minibar was also a nice bonus. It included several beverage options.

The room wasn't properly soundproofed. I could hear noises from other rooms. The breakfast was chaotic, glasses were missing. Food ran out quickly, this caused delays in refilling. The price didn't match the value. I would classify this as a three-star hotel, not a four-star.
